The Au Pair shall bear the following expenses by themselves: ✅ China visa application fee ✅ Police clearance certificate fee ✅ Medical check-up fee ✅ Round-trip airfare ✅ Personal expenses in China Aupair Main Responsibilities ✅ Language tutoring is the core responsibility. During the semester, the weekly duty time is 12 hours, during summer/winter holiday is 20 hours, mainly focused on tutoring which including speaking, reading and writing, and helping children with homework. We will provide teaching materials. ✅ There is no fixed number of hours for non-duty time. Activities during non-duty time will be arranged when both you and the host family are willing and available. Can be shopping, sports, cooking etc together. But we hope you can actively join in family activities as much as possible. This is also one of the original purposes for you to join this program. ✅ Communicate with children in English at all times when you are with them, can talk in Chinese with parents, nanny, driver etc when kids is not there.

✅ Provide accurate and truthful information about the family to the Au Pair and the agency. ✅ Answer all questions from the Au Pair honestly and openly during the interview and matching process. ✅ Provide the Au Pair with a private bedroom and either a private or shared bathroom. ✅ Provide three meals a day for the Au Pair as part of the family. ✅ Inform the Au Pair of any family travel plans at least one week in advance. ✅ If inviting the Au Pair to join family trips, cover all related expenses including transportation, accommodation, and meals. ✅ If the Au Pair is unable to join a trip, provide meal ingredients or cover the cost of takeaway meals. ✅ Cover the cost of purchasing teaching aids, toys, and other necessary materials for the Au Pair’s tutoring activities with the children. ✅ Take responsibility for managing and disciplining their own children, and actively mediate any conflicts or inappropriate behavior between the children and the Au Pair. ✅ Willingly listen to and assist in resolving any communication barriers that arise between the Au Pair and the children. ✅ Orient the Au Pair to the home facilities and the local neighborhood upon their arrival. ✅ Provide necessary assistance and support to the Au Pair when needed. ✅ Maintain open and regular communication with the Au Pair and the agency throughout the program.
